ENVIRA® E-645

ENVIRA® E-645 is an anionic copolymer with high molecular weight. This product is in the form of a liquid emulsion that needs to be dissolved in water before it can be used effectively. Effective at 5.5-8.5 pH and can be used for:

Fine Paper and Specialty Grades

    • Retention of fillers such as CaCO3, TiO2, and clay
    • Retention of fiber fines, which are often the nucleus for troublesome deposits and slime growth
    • Improved formation and reduced two-sidedness
    • Increased drainage
    • Retention of alkaline sizing agents

Tissue/Toweling Grades

    • Improves retention and drainage of fibers
    • Can significantly improve wet-strength retention

Linerboard/Kraft Grades

    • For drainage of heavier weights
    • For formation on lighter grades
    • For significant improvements in wet-strength retention
